We stand behind our products. OGIO offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. This excludes normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
How long will it take for my order to ship?

Can I return a personalized or embroidered bag?
Items that have been customized with specific embroidery or personalization are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
What is your return policy for standard items?
